Registration will begin at 9:00am on the day of the auction at the Dakil Auctioneers building.

Terms on Real Estate: 5% down, 60 days to close. Closing cost and title insurance split 50/50.

Please note bidding will not close and property will not be sold until everyone has had the opportunity to make his or her highest and best bid. All tracts will be offered on an individual basis.
