All appliances and stainless furniture are NSF approved except for the deep freeze, which appears to be a residential unit.
All appliances and plumbing are in working order except for the mini split unit, when that went out, we installed the window air-conditioning unit, which does still work and cool the space.
“As for moving the structure in a 50 mile radius looks like would cost $1400-$1500. Here is the full quote description from the building mover I consulted:
Finished out 12×30 in norman 1200 plus $4.00 per loaded mile
Includes 1.5 hours at pick up location and 2.5 at drop location. $125 per hour thereafter.
If we have to make any modifications to strengthen the building we will charge for labor and materials.
We set up on concrete blocks “provided by you”.
The following must be done prior to move date…
All utilities disconnected above skids.
All added porches, decks, and lean toos must be removed.
All skirting must be removed.
IN YOUR CASE THAIS WOULD BE THE CONCRETE.
If there is a hot water tank present it must be drained.
All contents must be removed. (Affixed Items such as cabinets, showers, toilets, and sinks are ok)
Any items such as AC units protruding through the wall must be removed.
If you wish to reuse the blocks that are under the unit you will need a truck/trailer onsite for us to load them on. You are responsible to transport blocks to the delivery address.“
