Registration will begin at 5:00pm on the day of the auction at the Dakil Auctioneers building.
Open Houses will be held on Saturday, May 14th and Saturday, May 21st from 10:00am to 3:00pm.
Terms on Real Estate: 5% down, 30 days to close. Closing cost and title insurance split 50/50, unless stated otherwise below. 10% Buyers Premium.
Building and Contents will be sold together for one price
